Sure Hotel by Best Western Biarritz Aeroport

The bed, pillows and quilt covering were all very comfortable. The room was quiet and I was able to sleep well. The lady on reception and the staff in the restaurant/bar were helpful and friendly. The restaurant/bar area and terrace were attractive, particularly the large terrace surrounded by shrubs and trees (a proper haven given the hotel's location near the airport and surrounding roads).

First of all, after booking the accommodation I enquired how to get there. They send me an email explaining exactly which bus I have to take and where to get off. Once I had arrived they explained everything in English and were really nice and welcoming. The room even had a small kettle, which is not to be taken for granted, as a lot of hotels in Europe don't offer that. It was very clean and comfy. I didn't use the tv, but it had one. It had an AC as well. The bus number 36 goes directly to the city centre. It is only a 5 min walk to the airport.

The hotel was really close to the airport and was very clean. The atmosphere was nice and it felt safe. The room had most things we could need, including a nespresso machine. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before our flight.

Had fairly low expectations, but hotel was fine for a quick overnight stop, adjacent restaurant ok but expensive. Was able to park near to the room. hotel style most like an American motel.

they provide early breakfast. though hotel is next to airfield runway we didn't feel inconvenience neither with helicopter take-off nor with plane landings.
