Room was fine and location very convenient for an early flight. Friendly welcome at reception and we were able to check in ahead of time, which was very helpful. Receptionist spoke excellent English but was supportive with my attempts at practising my French. Excellent buffet breakfast served from 5:30 am with good quality and choices of food and drinks. A 10 minute walk to the airport removed any stress about getting there on time.

The hotel is very well located within a short walk of Biarritz airport. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a decent restaurant and bar, plus an attractive outside garden area (more for summer of course). My room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. An excellent place to stay before or after a flight to/from Biarritz airport.

Such a relaxing atmosphere here, very quiet and central to all locations, with the airport 5 mins walk, (300 mtrs) and the central bus hub in the same area. Easy to navigate to the centre or Biarrits (20min) or and other major towns. The staff were amazing, and so helpful and friendly. And when the kitchen is open (week evenings only) the food was outstanding.

Great location next to Biarritz Airport. The staff were super helpful and the rooms are big and confortable. There are loads of frequent buses to Bayone and Biarritz city centre which makes the location great for exploring nearby attractions as well as being very convenient for the airport.

The location was superb for our needs. WE had to get a bus the following morning from the airport, and the hotel was only 5 minutes walk away. The staff were most pleasant to deal with, and were very helpful with helping us have a wonderful stay. We ate dinner and breakfast there, and both were very good as well.

Perfectly located for the airport, within walking distance. Very comfortable bed. An older hotel but with an updated interior for the room. Great shower. Breakfast was very good value and the dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise too. All of the staff were professional, attentive and helpful. The check-in/check-out times are also very customer friendly.

Everything...room clean , bed comfortable, very dog friendly. Excellent restaurant...dinner was superb and the breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. Parking , electric car chargers....Could not fault this hotel and will definitely use it again on our journey to and from Spain. Value for money.

The room was a good size and the en-suite was massive. We arrived five minutes after the kitchen had technically closed but they were still willing to serve us dinner. The staff were all excellent.

The food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff were very helpful and freindly. I was using crutches due to a foot injury so I needed to stay near the airport. The location was perfect for me and everything was accessible.

The bed, pillows and quilt covering were all very comfortable. The room was quiet and I was able to sleep well. The lady on reception and the staff in the restaurant/bar were helpful and friendly. The restaurant/bar area and terrace were attractive, particularly the large terrace surrounded by shrubs and trees (a proper haven given the hotel's location near the airport and surrounding roads).
